This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was ideal - situated on a lively avenue but still very close to the beach. It was perfect for exploring the center of the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms offered a good view, and I particularly appreciated having the tea facilities right in the bedroom. Moreover, the daily rate included a delicious breakfast, which was a great bonus.
All was satisfactory during my stay.

A cool bonus was nearby Tamara Yogurt, that offered tea and coffee.

Great place for a 2-night stay. The staff was helpful, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Liked view of the sea. Also, there was offered a public parking for those with cars. 20 min walk to the heart of Tel Aviv...

The only good think about this hotel was the good location.
It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Everything is old, dirty and stinking inside the room and also the rest of the hotel. The hotel needs a capital rehabilitation. Don't expect to find not even a toilet brush inside of the bathroom. The isolation of the hotel is horrible so it's difficult to sleep because of the noise since it is situated on a high traffic street. The breakfast is the same each day and the only meat is the fish.

Comfortable hotel with rooms being upgraded in an excellent location in Tel Aviv for a tourist or for business, shopping and the beach.
No - because I had not chosen a 4 or 5 star hotel

The breakfast was decent and Wi-Fi service worked fine. the hotel's location was also great. It was near the beach and had easy access to some ATMs and restaurants.
The whole place was out of date and not well taken care of. the building seemed rundown, and the furniture in the rooms was old and inadequate.

Desk staff were polite and helpful. Location is near beach which is great. Room nice and large.
No or luke warm hot water, Had to fill up bath using hot water from kettle. Internet did not work in my room. Had to sit in hallway near lift. Many other people using facilities as synagogue on 2nd floor. Was verbally harassed in lift by a visitor to the hotel.

Location (close to the beach and to the downtown), the area, staff very helpful, free internet, spacious rooms, excellent view (especially on the higher floors).
Nothing in particular, maybe rooms will need some refurbishment in the future.
